The Debut

So, I decided to try selling my stuff at the local Rigby Stampede days. I was really nervous about how it would go because it's a big investment and I didn't know how it would go. I made some business cards, a banner, and lots of treats. I got a lot of compliments and I sold everything I had except for some suckers which I had a ton of so that's ok. For those of you who couldn't make it here is a preview of everything.

My sign. It makes me so happy to see it not on the internet :)
My table of goodies. Soon I am going to have to get another table. This one was a little crammed.

Decorative sugar cookies. They tasted amazing to.
So those of you from Medford. Do you remember the cookie shop in the mall, and they had those chocolate marshmallow cookie? Well, they were my favorite and I mastered the cookie with a couple of different recipes combined. They were a huge hit.
 Me preparing everything at home.
I hand painted a whole bunch of chocolate suckers. The kids loved them a ton and adults  thought they were so creative.

Amazing muffins. Blueberry and Cream, Strawberry and Cream, and Almond Poppy seed. These muffins are so moist and yummy.

Mini Cakes. These are about 3 inch round cakes. Perfect for a first birthday and just two people. This one was chocolate peanut butter cup cake.
Strawberry lemonade cake. With white chocolate poured over the top.
 Raspberry Truffle cake.
 Cake Bites.
 Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes. Yummy!

Raspberry Truffle cupcake with a little chocolate hand made bowl on top for decoration.
And the most popular. Strawberry Lemonade cupcake. This is a lemon cupcake with strawberries poured over the top then a strawberry lemonade butter cream. Add a gum paste daisy with a lemon slice for decoration and it make it complete.
Thanks to all those that came to my booth. I had a lot of comments on how amazing everything looked. Thank you so much for the compliments. I hope that everything tasted as good as it looked for you and it met your expectations.

Puppy Cake

The pictures on the top of the cake are edible pictures of their own dogs. The dog in the middle is made out of gum paste. The cakes were white cake with lemon filling, butter cream frosting, and chocolate with snickers and vanilla butter cream.
